    Skills for the 21st Century

Business, education, and governmental groups have identified skills they believe are essential for students to be successful in the 21st Century. Some of the skills are critical thinking and problem solving; communication and collaboration; creativity and innovation; information, media and technology literacy; flexibility and adaptability; initiative and self-direction; social and cross-cultural interaction; and leadership and responsibility.

The staff at Allen Frear have been working to develop these skills in our students. We will continue to refine our practices to meet the needs of EVERY student through our COLLABORATIVE LEARNING COMMUNITY (CLC). Please click here to view more information regarding our CLC.
